PICK UP FOR ITEMS: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND MUST BE PAID FOR BY CASH, CREDIT CARD OR CERTIFIED/ CASHIER'S CHECK ON THURSDAY, JULY 9th BETWEEN 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM CDT. VEHICLES AND BOAT MAY NOT LEAVE THE PROPERTY UNTIL TRANSFERRED INTO BUYER'S NAME UNLESS BUYER IS A DEALER. Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid of each item to determine the final selling price. Payment Terms: All items must be paid for in full at the time of pickup and may be made by CASH, CREDIT CARD OR CERTIFIED/CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY.
